I forget the exact laws for OHIO but when i lived there the laws were the most leniant of most states...Hell in ohio u can even cultivate up to 3 plants and it is only a misdemnaor with a maximum jail time of 0.1 mos with most cases requiring only probation.

and in brittish columbia province it pretty much legal...ive yet to go there to party but i hear they got coffee shops just like amsterdamn

actually i think it was 0.1 mos....which is like 3 dayz...but mostly first offeneces is only probation....

Under the NORML website they have all the laws of all states...I think indiana has some of the harshest laws....Florida pretty much sux to
