whew! this week went way too fast... got a big deadline next week and this week didn't cut mustard. gotta get all the fun / rest in this weekend. next week is gonna be hell.

i agree.. i work for a cable company.. and this is basically 60% of my day, lol
haha....ya it sucks.
I think I am more like 75-80% of my day.....there are 3 of us and average about 15-25 calls each a day
