Hi all,i've got a good few people asking me about our remix of New Order's-Blue Monday,in the past.
Well finally,its out on 12". Get it while its hot!

Irish duo Slinder turn out two very impressive reworks here the first one being a very very cool remix of the classic Blue Monday by madchesters poineers New Order. This has been firm favourite in James Zabeila's CD wallet for a while now. James has been asked many many times who thks is well now you know..... also large plays from Hernan Cattaneo..

2nd up is a chunky dance rendition of Rock Gods 'NINE INCH NAILS' this makes up a huge package.

Good to know you've got that NO single out and about. But why a NIN remix. Was it because they had that contest on acidplanet, and you had the loops? I've yet to hear any NIN dance music that I liked. Their music is not made for dancing. It's made for messing things up and then contemplating how beautiful it all looks now that chaos has ensued.

Are you going to have the NO track as a digital download?

Silinder Bio-
Production & DJing Duo Gav Mulhall and Ger Stokes. Neither are strangers to Djing, both having first graced the decks over ten years ago. Now concentrating on the production side of things, the lads have really proven that they have kept up with the developments and evolutions in the dance music world.
Silinder have been beavering away in their Dublin studio for the past couple of years and not in vain. The two lads are currently whipping up a storm, churning out some chunky tracks that really do damage to the dancefloor. Their musical influences include Depeche Mode and oddly enough Nine Inch Nails, which is somewhat obvious from the twisted tracks they produce.
With lots more quality stuff in store from these lads this year and next, keep an eye out for Silinder and their cheeky re-edits getting big plays from the likes of James Zabiela,Dave Seaman,Sander Kleinenberg and Hernan Cattaneo.
More recently James can be heard caning the lads remix of New Order's-Blue Monday in his sets.
James has also featured the Silinder mix of his track Robophobia on his latest mix cd with Meat Katie In the september issue of Dj Mag,and Renaissance have released the said remix via all the usual download sites(djdownload.com.....)
Next up on the cards for the buzy lads is a couple of dj gigs and a lot more time in the studio!
