cdj has a point there. just take a look at the new BPM magazine. it's full of all these stupid ads and other worthless crap. and they make it look as if everyone in the dance world is stuck back in the 70's. at least clothingwise. i don't know how that magazine stays in business by putting out that much fluff in a magazine.

wake up people, make something more of your lives than a thing to say or something to wear or eat.

Sorry but cdj DOESN'T have a point. No corporation tells us what to buy. It's always a suggestion. Everything you wrote is the normal hippy dribble that everyone goes on with. Grow some balls and buy what you want to buy. Seriously mate if you're taken in that much that corporate marketing is ruining your life by telling you what you have to buy then you're the one who has gone serisouly wrong somewhere along the line.

It's marketing. They're meant to try and get us to buy their products, that's the whole point. But don't make out like they're massive criminals by target marketing products.

This of course is all different to what Sony is doing, which I believe IS wrong. I've been following the Sony stuff for some time and it is a big breach of privacy to say the least.

Dude, somedays I just get totally worked up over all the bloody 'suggestions' coming my way. And I think CDJ DOES have a point. Just look around you man, look at all those people that buy shit they do not need, and still don't get happier over it either.
I think that I'm not one of those just going with the flow, but that may be because I have something that constantly puts shit in a different perspective.

Spend some time with people who have nothing, live with only your basic shit a few months, then come back and look around you. It worked for me.

I'm really suprised other states haven't gotten into this yet. They should, especially NY and CA as those are two huge music states.
