Global Underground has been putting their most recent releases on the iTMS
There's some good classic stuff on there too, including Humate's 3 release (3.1, 3.2, 3.3 with both Bedrock remixes). I'm sure they'lll add more electronoic stuff soon.

Beatport, www.kompakt-mp3.net is excellent for Michael Mayer stuff, DJ Download.com and City16 gives good credible charts mailed out weekly.
I am afraid Limewire is probably the main used download site though.
I am trying to put together a comprehensive list of digital download sites. This is by no
