    trouble downloading files from mercuryserver?

there are apparently no limitations as of right now, however, when i put the correct password into the form to download a set from mercuryserver nothing happens. i'm 99% sure i have no popup blockers. the SAVE AS window just doesn't pop up. i tried this in both internet explorer and firefox. anyone have ANY ideas?????

Me too - no problems. Everything works fine. And I use the AOL explorer - that?s the same like the MS Internet Explorer.

I guess the missing 1% is the answer for your problems. Check if you use any pop up blocker in:

              - Norton products or other firewall/virus scanning software
              - MSN/Google toolbar
              - if Service pack 2 for Windows XP is installed on your PC there is pop up blocker turned on as default after installing it
              - Built in pop up blockers in alternative Internet browsers (Firefox, Mozilla e.g.)
