It started with a prayer!
The Steve James, Garrick Ulrich Pensacola event started off with a prayer and thanks that there would be no storm to end this one. Hafid and Company had erected the alter-like booth for the night which in the event of another storm, woul'd have stood the test. Upon this alter was placed the Mother. To remind us that we had come to put the weathered past behind us and look to a brighter day. A brighter day we did see, as the Djs played into the next.
Hafid starts the evening off with a bang!
Ulrich takes it a bit further.
Then the ANIMAL steps up to the alter and drives us into the night!
Steve James is like no other man at the decks. My recolection is him playing for almost 4 hours until daybrake! CLASS ACT!
Then some how Garrick finds the energy and the music to bring us well into the morning hours. (notice the sunlight at his back!)
And the party just kept going!
Ken Dignon makes a guest apperence at the late morning hour of 10 am.
Just another thanks to Hafid and Kevin our amazing hosts and all of the FSM and P-Cola folks that made us feel so welcome. You guys were great!
