I have to start by saying what a great time I had tag teaming with Steve Gerrard, two hours was just not enough time. Lavelle came on at midnight, from the looks of what he was wearing I would say, that he must shop at the same truck stop outside of Kentucky that I do. Most of his mixing was done from one breakdown to another, but I have to say he did it surprisingly well. And although he didn?t do a lot of beat matching his track selection was fantastic and the way he put them together was pretty good. The crowd really seamed to like what he was doing and fun was had by all. James later informed me after his set and in his own words ?I was scared shitless to follow you and Steve?.
All and all James is a nice and honest guy, not a terrible dj, for whom I have much respect for in the production department.
