Hey they are great to have. Open up windows media player (10 is best), on the arrow click and open files, click save as. Maybe not the same on player 9 or older versions.

C, pm me and remind me to upload these if it is not possible for ya bro. I still haven't cleared up my port forwarding issues after a reformat. So I'm unable to upload for some reason. I am on SS, but my files are not available yet.
