Like LV, I'm way the fuck behind, but I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Martin Garcia's guest mix. That set was absolutely dripping with goodness.
            http://www.myspace.com/mjdubmusic

You can't have manslaughter without laughter.

"Son," he said without preamble, "never trust a man who doesn't drink because he's probably a self-righteous sort, a man who thinks he knows right from wrong all the time. Some of them are good men, but in the name of goodness, they cause most of the suffering in the world. They're the judges, the meddlers. And, son, never trust a man who drinks but refuses to get drunk. They're usually afraid of something deep down inside, either that they're a coward or a fool or mean and violent. You can't trust a man who's afraid of himself. But sometimes, son, you can trust a man who occasionally kneels before a toilet. The chances are that he is learning something about humility and his natural human foolishness, about how to survive himself. It's damned hard for a man to take himself too seriously when he's heaving his guts into a dirty toilet bowl."

              Jody Wisternoff - Combined Forces
Mandoka - Aerosplice Promo Mix November
Gustavo Di Tomaso - Es Ingenuo Pero Suma

              Way too many to mention.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

This was a highlite for me and def brought James Lauer to the forefront of my attention! I'm sure he'll be building alot of steam and moving ahead in 2006...

Not quite sure of my fav sets over the last year but I definitely have gained alot of new favorite dj's over the last year like v-sag, g-pal, jay epoch, madoka, mirel jarca, stel, etc...

Loads of good music was produces and played by DJ's in 2005 and on top of it i had d/l shot lots of it (thanks to you guyz and all the EDM lovers around the globe)
I have to say Sasha was my hero for 2005 ...but i cant define what is the best set for the year yet.

Without doubt the digweed fabric mix that no-ones seems to talk about anymore

                              &

some steve james set date unsure....the one that was under a certain bpm (unsure of figure) that he mentioned
