K I'm having a real problem here????

After i put in the password for the dl's it wont put me through...i know its a pop-up problem (i assume) but i have no pop-up programs. Maybe my problem is just me (the operator) but....I guess theres a way that my browser may have one built in..How do i disable it?? At least for this website???? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr getting very frustrated any help would be great.... :?
