    I can't tell you how many times I've been in a Verizon store (not to buy anything mind you since everything's usually so overpriced ) and just listen to the customers talking to the sales reps in there...pretty much all of them don't have a freaking clue what they want, they just "want" to have one...

    I could never work CS or Tech Support because I'd probably be wringing necks for sheer stupidity

            Customer service with cell phones is like opening Pandora's box. You will never make everyone happy. I boils down to who has the best service where you live, and who you want fucking you each month. I've worked in this industry for some time and my experiences are: Verizon has great coverage, expensive, will fuck you every oppurtunity they have; Cingular may not have the best coverage but they are by far the biggest company and easiest to deal with when it comes to customer service; T-Mobile has the most tech savy phones and the SHITTIEST coverage possible, it does work well in some areas but not many; Sprint has the best data network around but if you don't live in a metropolitan area and don't travel by plane everywhere you go it's usless.

                In my frequenting various GSM boards, I was actually under the impression that T-Mobile has a wider coverage than Cingular. In fact my boss has several international mobiles here in the US and almost all of them are bouncing off T-Mo here in the states.....

                    Cingular has the largest GSM network period after they bought att, it launched into the number 1 as far as network and people.
