You should hold off calling someone not a very nice guy until you know the full story imo. the police haven't made an arrest yet, nor did they say whether the boyfriend was suspected of assaulting her

I would believe it more to be assult....who would try to swallow a cell phone....anyone with common sense would know that it would be almost impossible

Exactly...Pickle, I was in KC over Christmas, and thats how the local news reported it, that the case had turned into an assualt case. Nobody is stupid enough to sollow a flip phone, only force could get one lodged in the throat, and it was forced in by someone that was not very nice.
