    i've said it before and the vegans always disagree with me... but being vegan for the sole reason of animal treatment isn't going to stop the way they're raised. being a vegetarian should be done because it makes you feel good/healthy imo

      That brings a very good point as well. Meat and Milk are pumped full of so many hormones these days. How can that be healthy? At the same time buying organic foods is so damn expensive. If they don't do so already, I wish the government would put more money into farmers that grow organic food.

          ^ b/c red meat tastes gross. I have not eaten red meat in like 5 yrs. I do eat chicken & fish and that is it. So am kinda a vegatarian but not really b/c I do eat some meat just not red meat. No beef or pork.

            im pretty much the same way, i dont eat meat but i do eat byproducts, its not an animal rights issue for me, i just dont like meat...but everyone thinks im crazy anyway

              most fish, beef, chicken, etc - are generally farm raised and there entire purpose of existance is to end up as someones dinner. they would never have been alive if it wernt for the farmers who bred them.

              the food chain makes sense to me, so i guess it doesnt bother me.

              and i couldnt live with out fish. red snapper is the crack of the sea.
