      NO!

I live about 15 minutes from the Kansas border... I'm going to be forced to drive to Kansas for beer if this happens.

I guess I can either buy warm 5% in Missouri, or cold 3.2% in Kansas

the idea came from a fifth grade student?

so this is how our lawmakers are running this country, seeking the advice of children. ffs.

Is it still a pain in the ass to buy beer in KS? I remember when I lived in KC it was impossible to buy beer in a convenience store, and buying beer in the grocery store resulted in buying pussilanimous 3.2 shit.

The good news is that in addition to being the home of puritanical zealots who would rather see it become a dry state, Missouri is also home to the largest beer company in the world (and largest political contributor in the state), Anheuser-Busch. I see this bill going nowhere...

I know I laughed about that as well. I guess lawmakers are losing ideas for more stupid laws.
