I got my start in the Electronic Music Scene in 1999. After getting tired of listening to the same old boring radio stations, I wanted something new to listen too, so somehow I picked up a copy of a cd by Sasha & Digweed and one by Paul Van Dyk, I started listening to them and feel in love with this genre of music.
I never really had an opportunity or desire to start mixing music until the summer of 2001, I saw a DJ contest online sponsored by Bacardi and decided to enter, well I ended up winning the Grand prize.
The prize for the contest was (2 technic 1210 mk5's and a DJM 500 mixer). This is when the hobby really began to take off for me, starting with only a few records, I began learning the ropes, mixing, beat-matching, using the EQ's, etc. It took a while for me to learn how to mix and beatmatch, but eventually I got the hang of it.
Since my start in 2001, I have steadily progressed as a dj, and keep getting better & better, hoping one day to move to the top.
In September 2004 I created Dimensional Radio.com, an online electronic music community which has created a worldwide following and an evergrowing support base.
