Hi Guys
We've deliberated this as a team and have decided to implement a rule to have "Safe for Work" avatars. Of late, the quality of avatars has gone from bad to carnal and the MS team would appreciate if you can take the necessary steps and fix your avatars (if you have an avatar that's NSFW). Some of us at work are nearly terrified to think that we might get caught with a pair of boobies or butts on our screens (me included
) and especially the animated ones. 
I know we have an option to turn off avatars and signatures as a personal preference but it pretty much ruins the point having an avatar in any case.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
