So who's in the market for a new car ?

Within the next year...... I've been in the market for so long trying to get a few things organized including (my finances) and I'm hopefully gonna pick up a car within the next year.

I've been madly in love with the TL ever since the 2004's came out (and being a current 97 TL owner), it was a no brainer for me. Today I ran into this thread on the AcuraZine forum with possible changes for the 2007... man is she pretty

i've been interested in a new car for about the past year or two, but living in the middle of downtown and parking outdoors, well now is not the time. in the past two years i've had my truck hit and attempted to be broken into. the truck still runs perfect so i'm holding onto it until i have a garage to keep a new car in.

and kamal, that car does look slick. even the current models. would definately be on my list of cars to check out. did they show side views next years model? thats the view that sold my on that car in the first place.

thats the one they are assuming will be released in 2007, this is the version sold in Europe, no side views on it yet.... fucking love how they dumped the Flashers on the mirrors and dropped the reverse lights and third break lamp in rear fender.... wonder what else they'll drop into it

The TL is awesome... A friend of mine has one and it sticks to the road just like a BMW! Good luck in your search!

I'll be off the market for a little while... Just inherited a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP.. Not as nice as TL but fast and paid for!!!

i am in the market this year. really really want an audi s4 ... i just look good in them. the TL is nice ... good pick. we will see how the money rolls in or rolls out. but should be able to pull if off.

Nice choice.... I looked at the Acura's last year but in the end I ended up getting a new A6... Had a 2002 Passat and when the new Audi's came out I was hooked. The whole S line is complete badass... but it's a crapload of money. I'll edit and post a pic of mine....

I'm begrudingly in the market for something new. I'm on my second Wrangler which I absolutely love, but it is about as impractical as they come -- any time I have to haul anything larger than a bag of groceries, I've got to call a friend to borrow their SUV.

If I had my way, I'd buy an SUV for my wife and keep the Wrangler, but she has a company car (Taurcedes ), so that doesn't make a lot of sense financially. I've also thought about keeping the Wrangler and buying an SUV, but we just don't need that many vehicles.

I love Acuras (wife used to sell them), but the SUV they have is like a glorified mini-van. Same with the Lexus SUVs. Heading to a car show next week, so I'll hopefully have some better thoughts after that.

I love the thing.... It came down between the A6 and a Land Rover L3. My fiancee' wanted the L3 (apparently someday we'll have a family) and I wanted the A6. For shits and giggles we did get a chance to test drive a new VW Phaeton W12 but only because a friend of ours works at the dealership.... Seriously now, who's going to spend $90,000 for a VW???
