And like I've said before as well, Saddam should've had his ass kicked for playing games with the UN a long time ago. But since the UN is a spineless political body, they didn't do jack shit.
You govt made you think he was ahead of the inspectors, the truth was rather that Saddam simply did anything to frustrate and annoy the UN: keeping them in the dark about what he had and had not was a good way to do that.
