Robbie from M?xico is considerate one of the pioneers of the electronic music scene in the Mayan Riviera (Cancun, M?xico), He is recognized by handling different styles of house that can go from tech to minimal, from disco to electro funk, until arriving into a combination of fresh rates with a progressive attitude that can change from one genre to another.
He has been djing since 1993 in a bar of his father located in the beaches of Cancun.
Robbie has played around M?xico, Central America and Europe
He has shared the decks with international talents such as M.A.N.D.Y & DJ T(Get Physical), Matt Saffer (The Rapture) , Infusion, Mazi, Funky Junction, Jay Tripwire, Grant Dell, Trendroid, Son Kite, Chris Fortier, Thomas Penton, Dj Nukem, Dj Gogo, Chris Lopis, James Monroe and many more.
In the production side Robbie has released several tracks in important labels such as Stupendous Music, Release Records, Sheeva Records and Warner Music Mexico,
These days Robbie keeps busy running his own label, Akbal Music, oriented to Electro-House and Minimal Tech Sound and pretty busy at the studio.
