So I get this package in the mail...

...which I was expecting (a case for my PDA), but the label with my address on it was a folded piece of paper which I saw had some stuff on the other side. I cut through all the tape and this is what I see on the other side:

Reasons for suing Marcela Rojas:

1. He/She is the registrated owner of the vehicle #1. Connie Angetita Rojas and Guillermo Atilano are both not included in his/her insurance policy for this vehicle. Therefore, Marcela Rojas is responsible for thie collision.

I am an international student form Hong Kong. I finished my bachelor degree in the University of California Santa Barbara and now working in a travel agency. I am holding the working permit (Optional Practical Training) to stay at the States and I have to get back to Hong Kong no later than 11th November 2004. It is illegal for me to return to Hong Kong later than 11th November 2004, therefore I hope this case can be settled in the court as soon as possible.
