Yea, there are millions that like Moore, and even more that love him. I think there are at least a few on this board that would love to rub butter all over his already greasy ass if they were given the chance.
Thanks for the read, I don't agree with O'Reilly all of the time, but when I do, its almost dead on. He alway's makes me laugh though, whether I agree with him or not. He makes his guest's look like idiots, especially Moore.

I watched this last night. Kind of a waste, if you ask me -- it was two school kids going back and forth:
"Oh yeah?"
"Oh YEAH?"
"OH YEAH?"
I was read for them to start slap fighting.
I wish Moore would shut the hell up. As a filmmaker, he's brilliant. As a political activist, he's a moron, and I'm tired of having my voting decision associated with this self-agrandizing blowhard.
Everyone ought to see Fahrenheit 9/11, though -- I was surprised at all that is out there that the co-called "liberal media" doesn't think we need to see...
O'reilly didn't do as good a job arguing as I expected. For example, when Moore said Bush lied about WMD's instead of just saying he had bad information he should have added that acting on bad information is not lying.
The real question was intent. Did Bush intentionally mislead and use wrong information and have a secret goal to invade Iraq. If yes, then that's a lie. If he acted on information that he thought was credible, then it wasn't lying, but a mistake.

Lets get back on the right track again folks...the truth is that Moore has mad a career out of the last 15 years spouting rhetoric hoopla that is so ambiguous with almost nothing as a basis of facts, and has made alot of jing from doing so. Please lets wake up people, here is a guy who is a socialist, whose work is nothing but propaganda designed to reach out to the far left liberals. These people oppose things such as independent gain from capitalism, they support affirmative action and wish to have your tax dollars go to cracked out mothers who spend their lives on welfare. If Moore had his wish we would have a healthcare system for all...but guess what???! Working Joe who supports his family has to go to the emergency room and stands number 33 behind a homeless man who lacks any ambition to get a job, and your paying for him to be treated. Fair is fair, and this theory is far out! Fact is, O'Reilly should run for president. He is a no nonsense, straight shooter from the old school who is someone that we can all trust. Michael Moore on the other hand, well I think we all know what he stands for by now. O'reilly is in the business of network television so of course he has to be controversial. Im sure he plays devils advocate and becomes just a bit more opinionated for the show. Lets not support a superimposed, calculated, cut and past edited work of unpatriotic propaganda such as F-911, lets leave that to the people of say CUBA (which is the only western communist country even in 2004-i know hard to believe) where Moore specifically marketed his movie with an overwhelming agenda to gain more anti american sentiment. MOORE MUST GO>
PS>im 26 years old-lets get with the program-LONG LIVE DANCE MUSIC!!!

I doubt that Bush will accept responsibility for ANYTHING -- I love it, because it blows his credibility. He has to think we're all a bunch of idiots...

Even as an anti-Bush guy, I happen to like O'Reilly,or at least listening to his show. Sometimes he makes some sense, and sometimes it reminds me why I no longer affilliate myself with the republican party. He's way too far right, and way to old school to be elected president, tho -- a lot of liberals view him as the anti-Christ.
Every now and then, something will pop out of his mouth that is just offensive. I was listening to his spiel (sp?) on why folks ought to get credits or vouchers for sending their kids to private school. He advanced the notion that everyone should be sending their kids to private school, but not because of superior academics -- O'Reilly said that parents that send their kids to public school don't know how to raise their kids properly, such that sending your kid to public school was sending your child to a lawless, unstructured environment.
actually albeit a bit wack, that comment does have a bit of truth in it..minus the raising kids properly bit.

while WE may not be idiots...the general public as a whole, IS.
