the file is still available its just that sendspace have put a limit on the amount of times people can download it per day....this is why the person bellow u is also getting a web page saved when he tries to download it as when the server is busy u have to wait 60 seconds before u can try again.....

rar is like a zip, google for rar extracters, I found a free one that works fine

i try it every day and it's dont download
