I'm going to go with the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 as well, w/ 16-cylinders producing just over 1,000hp, 922 lb-ft torque, 0-62mph in 2.5 sec., and 0-124 IN 7.3 SEC , imo nothing even compares really. For cars under a million though I'll go with the Saleen S7.

With Bugatti...I'd rather have the EB-110. Now that was a sweet car.

                      ford shelby gr-1..

The Ford Shelby GR-1 concept is a lesson in power combined with driver comfort. Based on Ford GT architecture, the Shelby GR-1 has a V10 engine that produces 605-horsepower and 501 lbs.-ft. of torque.

just a concept.. but hot as hell...!

That is a sweeeet color. I hear its illegal due to its reflective properties.

It doesn't matter anyway. None os us guys would be able to handle that kind of g-force. Only professional drivers could take that, and aparently they even have trouble with it.

So when is too much power just a waste of money?

It'd still be fun to try to handle the g-forces, wonder if it has much torque steer?

Regardless of power, I think you've bought too much car when people see your car and the first thing they think is, "Gosh, that's too bad about him having a tiny dick and all."

Porsches, Beamers, Benzs and cars like that are all great and respectable, but when you get into the really high-end exotic thing, I think you hit a point of diminishing -- if not negative -- returns, unless you live somewhere that actually allows you to drive that fast (as many on this board do)...
