the last tune is a drum and bass track remixed. great track indeed. the digweed cd had its moments, was fairly solid i thought, but could have been much better

word, for digweed it just sounded so lackluster, it was certainly a good mix, but since its digweed i held him to pretty high standard, for a mix cd i was suprised by how lackluster it sounded.
michael mayers cd was fucking excellent, as well as craig richards, ivan smagghe, adam beyer, and carl craigs.
I am late to the party on this discussion, but I am liking Fabric 26 so much.
Twenty-two tracks in 1h13min – wow. The selection is appealing and challenging, and the mixing is so incredibly accomplished. Accomplished, because they mix soulful downtempo with tech house, hip hop, ambient, and everything else with mastery of pitch and level.
I only heard the mix for the first time Wednesday. I've got that familiar feeling that this is going to be a special one.
My own track picks are the Steve Spacek and Juan Alberto Arteche. The Balil is also ecstatic, to say nothing of “Margherita”. This is going to lead my listening in all kinds of directions.
I beg to differ...i think it's pretty whack. First 3 or 4 tracks are great but ruined later by some appaling track selection (Martin Solvieg's 'Rockin Music' makes a very unwelcome appearance - i like the track but on a Fabric CD it sounds compeletely out of place.
Top 3 Fabric releases for me - Ellen Allien, Stanton Warriors, Steve Bug
