    Old schoolers take a look.

Remember the days when sets were split and had to be rejoined...

I just was reminiscing about old times and remember HJsplit. So I decided to check up on the program.

    Just a thought.
The sailors of the United States Navy are among the most disciplined, devoted, and well-trained fighting men the world has ever known. They drink gasoline and piss fire, The spit bullets and shit bombs, and will swim across the ocean with a knife in their teeth just for the chance to carve up those that threaten their homeland.

because the place they were stored had limited space. but there were multiple accounts on those servers. so Tom would split them and upload them to different accounts on the same servers. each account had about 100MB limit.

I am glad this time is over. In fact every damn slot on the server was different in size..the one 100 mb the other 75, the next one 85 mb. It nearly took as long to calculate which slots to use to get the most music possible online as to upload the sets. Things went a lot easier after we used our own bandwidth and paid for it.

because otherwise, this site would implode.

I remember those days, you have to d/l up-teen parts to get a set then join them together and blah blah blah. Glad we don't have to do that anymore. I still have hjsplit on my computer and use it every once in while.
