that is undoubtedly 100% bullshit. i hope they dont get a single fucking cent, in fact, i hope the family has to pay the restaurants legal fees. ridiculous.

i think your right. it unfortunate that this happened, but it is the doctor/hospital that really fucked up on this one. any lawsuits should be directed toward them.

And I think public shame should be a required sentance on top of the legal fees of the restaurant being paid too. I wonder what his low-life widow is like... My guess is she never had to fuckin work a day after her wedding at the latest.
