23 soon i hate it, all cool ages seem to be gone. 16 is nice, 18 is pretty cool finally an adult then 21, you can finally do everything. 22 is nothing and then 23 is just slowly getting old

When you become 25 years old you will be allowed to rent a car in Portugal. That`s something to look forward to. Or was it Spain? I am old so I forgot which country it was where I heard "no car for you, Mister" when I wanted to rent a Ford Fiesta beeing 24 only.

i havent crashed into anything since i was 17... and even then they crashed into me. and ive never had a ticket. i swear everyone tells me there is a big one @ 25

Once you are over the age of 25 years old, and providing that you do not have a poor driving record (either by way of a number of accidents or motoring offences), the cost of obtaining Comprehensive insurance can drop quite considerably and therefore you should always look at obtaining Comprehensive insurance.
