          tbh though, less than 3% of thier employees have accounting degrees, let alone liscences.

                ^^^^ Isn't that the truth! I'm a licensed mortgage broker and licensed in all the states that I work because I have been in the business for a while. The new brokers that come on don't have to be licensed. They are covered under a blanket license for the whole office. Nothing like seeing a used car salesmen come in here and start selling mortgages! IMO it is a shame because real estate is normally the biggest investment people will ever own and if you don't respect it you will see this in front of your clients home!

                  For most people who rent and only have a W-2 H&R Block or TurboTax works. But once you get into itemized deductions, security trades, rental properties etc . . . those services are way outmatched.
