will soldiers in iraq/afghanastan be allowed to vote?

just wondering if the soldiers overseas will be allowed to vote in this november's elections. if so, how does it work? i'm sure most of them, if not all are registered voters...anyone know how this works? we all saw what happened 4 years ago in florida...their votes can mean the difference...and it would be interesting to know what their stance was before the war and what it is now...

of course they get to vote...they use some sort of absentee thing.

remember last election when there was a bunch of bitching about how the overseas votes hadn't been counted yet?
