Well, actually prof. Xavier isnt dead, you see that when you look at the scene at the end of the credits, and nobody knows what really happened with Cyclops, remember there is no body, just his glasses, and why was Jean unconcious when Storm and Wolwerine found her....Jean Grey is also alive, only her Phoenix entity is dead, Jean is in some kind of a cocoon at the bottom of Alkali Lake(like in the comic book).
Besides Proffesor Xavier and Cyclops are one the main caracters in the X-Men universe, so i think that everything will be explained in the next movie, wich was confirmed i belive.
It is said that DVD release of X-Men 3 will contain three different ending scenes(like the one with Xavier after the credits) and that will also explain some things....

We know Xavier didn't really die etc etc ... the issue is with all these characters being taken out of the story. Even most of the X-men were relegated to the sidelines.

I got pics and video. But I will upload them in the morning. I need to smoke this nice phat joint and just close my eyes and replay the amazingness in my head.

Yeah, that's more my point. Where was Nightcrawler?? He was the best thing about X2...nowhere to be found (not even an explanation for his absence) in this one. I thought Colossus was going to be a main focus in this one...nope, sidelines at best. The Juggernaut wasn't much more that a novelty. Seemed like the only reason he was in the movie at all was for the "I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!!!" scene...which was cool and all, but he should have wrecked everything...leaving a trail of mutilated X-men in his wake. Instead he ran though some walls...and that was about it. Angel....all over the commercials, but with about 5 minutes of meaningless screentime.

It just seemed like there was a lot left on the table is all I'm trying to say. Unfulfilled potential. Oh well, there will be more...and I'll go see them.

Saw the movie this weekend without being a big x-men fan, and thought it was pretty lame. Its just a straight up bad story line.
