Why no Global Underground 2?

Every few months I go back and listen to all my old cd's. I have always thought about it but never asked why no gu2?.. Hope this isn't the part where everyone snickers and thinks "omg he really doesn't know"

it was a tee shirt in europe.
in US early on, there were sasha san fran's labeled #2 because they released digweed sydney first in US before the warren and TDV CD's. but they sorted themselves
