lol, i just remember once my mom was hitting me when i was like 13 or 14 for some reason and i was on the stairs, so while being hit i punched the wall on the stairs and went through the sheetrock, i broke my hand on a metal support beam a few inches beyond the sheetrock, so i went to the hospital. when i left the hospital, my dad called me to tell me he was on his way home and i needed to take his belt out of his closet and wait in my bedroom with the tv off.

My dad beat me plenty of times. It was past just a whooping, it was just plain abuse. I remember one time where he tried something different- he just didn't speak to me for like 2 weeks. Made me feel worse than shit. Better punishment IMO. If he would have beat me, I would have "paid the price" in my mind once it was over, this was much worse.

It finally came to an end when I was about 16 and decided that enough was enough. At this point I was taller and let him know I would hit back if he touched me.

Now we get along great but I think its because he's gotten older and wiser and I've done much of the same.

Makes me sick to think this is the way people go about disciplining their children. Shows how weak your parenting skills are when you resort to these methods.

haha.. i got soap also & can sound like a sailor sometimes now.
unlike you, i didnt get sent to bed without dinner. i couldnt leave the table till the plate was finished. & no i am not in professional eating comps as that previous sentence may lead.

ya that happened a couple of times to me where I got the double (mom and dad).. one night I was out past my curfew (which was the streetlights being on- I was like 11) and I didn't come home because I was messing around with a girl (touching her boobs).. when I came home my mom started slapping the shit out of me and then my dad came upstarirs and beat the piss out me..

That was when I realized how far I would go for boobs...

im the youngest kid of a 4 male family, so the hard shit was for my brothers, anyway they whopped my ass several times... funny though how it stoped, my mom broke one of her hands finger when she was trying to reach me.... i think she realized i was much stronger than she at that time... it was exactly 10 years ago and i still laughing of it.
