I'm just quoting that website so I have no clue as for codeine (think that's what u meant with codines). As for THC it's accurate, so I reckon the rest ought to be correct as well...

well i know from back when i was in highschool and smaoked weed, i depended on how they tested you, aka 2 months if it was your hair

Do they take hair samples as well these days? (I mean for "regular" drug tests)
It doesn't say on the site what method of testing was taken into account, but since I thought that THC was detectable in the blood for 2 months too, I'd say it's better to take conservative margins into account than to take risks...

Reminds me that I'm going to donate blood on the 24th... Better lay off all the crap I expose my metabolism to for a while. Where's my bottle o' Evian?

If so, you bet. Not from my experience, but there was a trend in my Battalion where gents were dropping acid right before the unit went on 96hr (4day) liberty. The reason being is that the drug would be out of the system before any piss test was administered usually following after the Battalion assembled after the 96hr pass expired. Since military personal are always on duty regardless if they are on a 30 day pass, and the US military has a zero tolerance policy towards drug use, many suspect troops were given piss tests administered by local recruiters when they were in the area, sometimes by local authorities. This is when they popped!

Best way to not sweat a piss test, is simple: Don't do Drugs.
