    Lostep - Because We Can

Does anyone else have a difficult time enjoying this record? I'm a growing fan of other songs, off their new album, but this one seems to be getting the most airtime.... for some reason.

And coming from a release as strong as Burma/The Roots was, this seems like a step down almost. Perhaps they are just 'relating' (or trying to) with the current trends? Who knows....

I can only compare this record to what I believe a computer barfing would sound like, if that was actually possible. Maybe this is just me though.... What do you guys think?

Yeah it's a ridiculous track actually. Very original and I've seen it make a dance floor just go off.

I know I'd have trouble working it in to any of my sets though....

^ Hey Dylan... Didn't know you were posting on here now.

I heard it did some serious damage up in Edmonton when Zabiela played it. But again, the track just doesn't seem suited for that. Maybe I need to hear it played out, before passing judgement... It must be all that bass!

I agree though. Defo couldn't see this making the rounds @ Cherry.
But then again, April Fools is coming up! Haha.

OMG! What a sick ass track. Reminds me of when I first played the Nick Muir remix of Pole Folder's Salvation on Slavery Sins track. Total beautiful noise! This makes me wanna destroy the speakers, it's so massive. I heard JZ had a tough time even hearing this to play it out...I eat it up with a big ole spoon!
