yea fukk kfc. ever since i saw a peta video i have been on free range meat. could never give up steak and burgers, love it too much... free range is the best i could do...

one thing i actually treat with respect is my eating habits. thankfully i have not had any fast food in well over 3 years now and frankly i feel so much better on a daily basis.. fast food is fucking terrible.

To make matter even worse: I've just read an article in the newspaper about a study that shows that a can of dog chow is healthier food than a Big Mac.

Fast food isn't food, it's fat, salt and garbage rolled into a nice looking product.

exactly. taco bell uses grade F meat. yeah grade F. do you realize that the fat you trim off a chicken breast has better nutritional content than anything served at taco bell. and for mcdonalds.... well their burgers are not 100% meat. ill leave it at that. and thier fries are soaked in sugar water before they are shipped to the franchises. this is to make make you more thirsty and hungry while subtly feeding a sugar addiciton under the guise of potato..... have you ever seen the burger king chicken sandwiches, take a bite and look at the ""chicken"", then look at the shit they coat thier fries with..... the healthiest thing served at the major food chains is the chicken breast sandwiches from wendy's... dont say the salads because thier sugar and caloric content is as high as a super size cola.

or you could go to the market, get a couple of butterflied chicken breasts , marinate them in chipotle, ancho, and hungarian paprika then grill the fuckers with some sweet peppers and fresh mozzerella and green beans..
