SOLUTION

I get round this problem by using the YSIGET download manager
Available @ http://www.yousendit.com/dmanagers.aspx
I'd imagine that this would work with most download managers, but i use this 1,as it will also resume broken YSI downloads

Simply right click on the stefan's name here http://www.fructi.org/download.php and then 'open in new window'......

I then copy and paste the address (from the new window) into my download manager, hey presto, good tunes
