Thanks you for all the suggestions! I am so mad I am missing Cattaneo! Anything good to do during the day as I have Wednesday day off. I will be there with my fiance and I was thinking about going to the Zoo. Is it worth going?

If your a fan of zoo's you'll like this one. Lot of walking and lots of hills. They do have bus tours and a lift that takes you from one end to the other. It is also right next to Balboa Park which is a great place for a stroll. It is about five minutes north of downtown right in the center of the city. Are you staying downtown and if so will you have access to a car? If you are downtown then the # 7 bus will take you right there in a matter of minutes.

If you do have access to a car take a drive and follow the coast. Start at Sunset Cliffs and work your way north to La Jolla. Worth the rental price for a day.
