The Police Department released details last night on 13 arrests relating to drug sales inside clubs, including these charges: At Avalon, a well-known club at 47 West 20th Street, two 23-year-old bartenders sold drugs to undercover detectives; two other bartenders sold the drug Ecstasy to undercover detectives inside another club, Deep, at 16 West 22nd Street. Nine other people were arrested for selling drugs at a third club, Spirit, at 530 West 27th Street.

yeah they shut about a dozen clubs in the last week.

and beleive it or not, crobar uses a lot of off duty cops as thier securty. so they tend to get a break. spirit and avalon had it coming though. sad to say, but they didnt hide it well.

whenever I go to Avalon in Los Angeles, I always get hit up for drugs, then they ask if I know where I can get drugs!.. wtf do I look like a drug dealer.

Next time I guess I'll refer them to the barkeep.
