mine does'nt work, the rest of the cd's fine, is it worth the 80 mile round trip to bring it back to the store, whats on it?

Are you sure that it's not just that the codecs are not installed? Have you tried copying it to your hard disk first or tried it on another PC?
It blew my mind to see how he creates quite drastic effects so easily, and when he set up a loop and transformed it, it made me wonder how vinyl turntablists feel to see him doing what they have to judge completely by hand / eye coordination.

Just why did you drive that distance? Is that you nearest record store? If not here's what you should do. Go to your local store and buy another copy. Get it home and when you've made sure that its ok take your existing copy and scratch off a tiny bit of the print from the top (make sure to go all they may through to the mylar to ensure that the data on the disk is actually damaged). Then take that one back to the local store with your brand new reciept and they'll offer you an exchange. All you have to say is "No, I'll take a refund" and you've got your money back.

Alternatively if you don't want to take the risk of damaging the CD, take both copies back, making sure you've battered the packaging containing the good CD a little bit and say that you've just bought this (new looking one) and it turns out that someone else bought it for you as a present as well. Chances are they'll let you exchange it for something else that you want. As long as the CDs don't have finger marks all over them and don't look used then no problem!

oh.. and it doesn't arrive till next month..

I would order it. Then you would not have to drive that far to get it. It will be delivered right to your doorstep. YOu could always pay the extra money to get it sooner.

it takes 2 weeks if i order it..
and it costs 14? ... it's a lot considering the currency exchange here

the cd is scratched, I can see the scratches, but it works fine as a audio cd, the vidoe starts abd then dies, its not a codec issue, it is a scratched cd issue, is it worth the 80 mile round trip for the 6 minute video
