harrison ford is about as suspenseful as a straw in a glass of milk.
the others aren't much better although i did like Tom Cruise in some movies. --> Eyes Wide Shut

jodi foster has to rank pretty high then b/c she was in Silence of the Lambs and that IMO is one of the most suspenseful movies I've seen

Technically you could say Alfred Hitchcock since he is the master of suspense and managed to appear in some small way in every movie he ever made (i.e. he is the guy who randomly misses the bus in Rear Window)
