Ben Watt - Everything But The Girl, Lazy Dog and now Buzzin' Fly. If you didn't know, Buzzin' Fly is Ben's London based record label and since 2003 the deep house stable has generated some truly beautiful music that has been relished by the media and appreciated the world over. As a cherished label, Buzzin' Fly is now proud to announce another mini tour of the US from 8th - 12th September. The string of DJ gigs will see Ben Watt headlining all dates, with Justin Martin joining him in Chicago and San Francisco. The New York date will also feature a special all-night solo set from Ben, and in LA he finally teams up with Marques Wyatt for the dream head to head at Deep to close the tour. Furthermore, both Ben and Justin are nominated in the forthcoming UK's House Music Awards.
But don't worry if you can't make their US tour because as ever, Buzzin' Fly will be represented in London for the Fly's Neighbourhood parties in W10. Taking place every other Sunday and with insane drinks offers and guest lists galore, it's a wonder these guys can afford to run this gig at all! The next one is this Sunday (8th August).
And finally, a word about their latest buzzin' release, 'Firebird' by new signing Moreno is the next single out from the purveyors of quality fly dance. Hailing from Argentina, the two brothers have produced an awesome guitar-driven wave breaker that Ben loves and will release on 13th September. (08/05/04)
