in theory thats possible but is halted by 2 majour factors @ the moment...

one you will have to travel to a point faster than the speed of light to be able to look back in time to see light that was emitted by the earth @ that given time and two you would then have to have a telescope ( or whatever ) that was capable of doing the same thing with light....this might not make sense...but if you think about it its possible

Ah religion and their icons, (Jesus, Mohammed, Shiva, Buddha, Satan,.. the list goes on) nothing more than “Opium for the Masses”. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if families could have instilled true moral values to their children without having to rely on religion to scare them into believing that acceptance to a form of afterlife could only be granted by living and worshiping a higher deity while on earth?

Furthermore, look a little deeper into structured religion. Don’t look at the congregations of these groups, but look at the ones managing the churches, mosque, temples, cathedrals… it’s a serious and lucrative business that gets paid to deliver a service of emotional satisfaction to the buyer. With any business comes politics, power hunger and corruption, which is why the world is in the state that it is today.

Thats at least something i can agree on. Jesus a son of god. Don't make me laugh. He was probably some occassional do-gooder or just somebody who has a convincing way of speaking. Some people around him created the first steps of the myth/legend which went on as some folks after Jesus his death saw an oppurtunity to exploit all this. And that has been growing, growing and growing and at the end evil prevailed and we are stuck up with the Vatican.

I wouldnt even want the Pope and his entourage to clean my shoes. Dun want someone with dirty hands cleaning my boots. Same goes for all the other religious institutions.
