Any recommandations on where to print them? I remember a post a while back with some good sites that do a good job, but i cant find it...

Vistaprint will do them for free (less S&H) if you don't mind their logo on the back of the card...obviously depends on what you are printing them for...
Even w/o such, I found thir prices to be affordable and you can put it together yourself (they charge by image amounts, etc.)FM
