Since we have a new sports forum (great idea guys), I thought it would be interesting to find out what all of you tech geeks, social degenerates and couch potatoes do to keep from turning into a Michael Moore clone or to get some stress out of your body.
Until a few years ago the only sport I did, was the 100 meter girlfriend humping. When the bitch walked out of my life, I realised that I had put on a lot of flubber. Since I hate diets, I dug up my training suit and sneakers and started moving again.
This is what I do at the moment on a weekly basis:
- Running (jogging actually): a 7 to 10km run 3 times
- Powertraining: maximum 5 sessions of each an hour
- Thai/kickboxing and English boxing: 2 training sessions of 2 hours a pop
Yeah, I do spend a lot of my free time to it, but it's a great way to blow off some steam after an exciting day of dealing with nagging customers/employees and project deadlines...
