Tennis, golf, running, mountain biking (XC). I used to swin and lift regularly, but not recently.

played almost every sport i could when i was a teenager.
football (soccer)
tennis
volleyball
basketball
rugby
softball
swimming
running


but now just running (my knees are not in best shape), aiming to run some of those adventure races (15k or something, usually on the mountains or that kind of places), and also lift weights, to train my upper body

I used to ride quite a bit. Not enough time for it nowadays but damn do I miss it. I've got a classic. I believe it's from '91. Fat City Cycles Wicked Fat Chance. Anyone here seen one of those? They're quite rare nowadays. Custom paint job, Deore XT (that was top of the line back then) and all of the other fixings. It's taken a massive banging and still keeps on ticking. They don't make them like that anymore. Damn shame.

My serotta is steel and I just picked up an old peugeot last weekend, steel as well. I love the way steel rides on the streets and in the city.... its much more forgiving.
