I have a virus!! HELP

a have a virus that shuts down my computer.. my Norton scan when I use it it turns off my computer as well..

Please Help somebody.. It turns my computer off every 6-10 mins..

has anybody heard of this before??

never heard of it, and from the sound of it you're fucked. it seems like there's not enough time to even try to fix the problem :s

First off..... if you have the time download ewido (http://www.ewido.net/en/). install and then reboot in safe mode with out internet. then run ewido. i've never heard of your "virus" but the last one I had ewido caught. also, etrust pestpatrol is a wonderful product as well and also has a limited demo.

if that doesnt work, format c:\ hehehe.....

or go with a friend and put your drive as slave and check the problem with him...not sure if your friend gonna let you....since we all do not reconize the virus we arent sure if the virus is gonna copy itself to your friends HD.....but could be an option .....or atleast back up your s%&t

sure its a virus and not the system shutting down because its over heating?

ya i brought it in and they cahnged the power supply.. it wasn't a virus.. But ALL my music is gone.. hating it.. thx for the help though.
