I would hope and assume that this is just an honest mistake, but it is symptomatic of an administration that just pays no attention to detail.

An honest mistake? Ermmm, toasty no offence, but when your sloppyness with documents containing information like that... I'm sorry, but that's not a "mistake" anymore. That's what the Belgian Law describes as criminal negligence. Next thing you know, the football (ed. the briefcase containing the nuclear launch codes) pops up in a dumpster...

However, it doesn't realy surprise me to be honest. I think it's a good illustration of the overall level of competence of this administration. Makes me worry about what kind of fuck ups we're still gonna get during the next 2 years...
