^ I reiterate my original point, can't see many decent games in the 1st two weeks to be honest.

And i stand by my poland comment. I look at teams like ireland (my team) and think that at least their presence would colour the tournament somewhat. Who would you rather watch as a neutral? Rep of Eire or Togo/Angola/Poland/South korea?

^^ double true dat! Bit of good news for US footie fans in that Vladimir Smicer is out for the Czechs... not a huge surprise but I'll take it. That and Italy's ever growing scandal can't be a good thing for them either, despite what they're saying.
