I've finally figured out exactly what a podcast is and set one up for my mixes....
mixes added so far:

guestmix for Satellite SF on Frisky

and a few others I can't remember right now

basically, this will automatically download mixes onto your computer when they become available. you don't need an ipod and you don't need itunes!
